CUSTOMER HIRE AGREEMENT

OVERVIEW

This Customer Hire Agreement contains all the terms and conditions governing your hire of Products from Freddie Hatchet through our website. You agree that your use of the website and your rental of Products is subject to our website Terms & Conditions of Use and our Privacy Policy, as such terms may change from time to time. You agree and acknowledge that you are renting the Products and that ownership of the Products remains with Freddie Hatchet at all times.

 

RENTAL FEE’S & CREDIT CARD AUTHORISATIONS

Upon placing your order for Products, you authorise us to charge your credit card for the Hire Fee. We will charge your credit card the amount of the Hire Fee immediately upon you clicking “Check Out” on our website. You represent that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method (including, without limitation, credit cards) for the purpose of hiring the Products as described herein. A reservation for a Product on our website is an order for the hire of that Product, no matter how far in advance the order is placed. In addition to the Hire Fee, you further authorise us to charge your credit card for any Unreturned Fee, or other damage amounts as set forth below.

IDENTITY VERIFICATION FOR SUIT HIRE & HOME TRY ON CUSTOMERS

Before your order is dispatched we will require credit card information to verify identity and address details. Your card will be charged a fee of £0.30 to verify your details, this will be refunded as soon as the necessary checks have been completed.

 

PRODUCT QUALITY, SIZING & REPLACEMENTS

We will ship the Products and sizes as requested by you through our website ordering system. When you receive the Products you ordered, you should immediately inspect and try on the Products. If any item does not fit due to measurement error, you must notify us within 48 hours of order delivery, and we will ship you a replacement item at no additional cost to you. If your replacement request is made after 48 hours you will be charged the cost of shipping the item(s). Please note that if you place your order fewer than 5 days before your event, we cannot guarantee that we will have time to ship you a replacement.

 

SHIPPING

Your rental order will be shipped to you through a shipping partner and will be scheduled to arrive at least 7 days prior to your event date. We only ship to a verified UK & Ireland, office or hotel street address (we can not ship to a P.O. Box). All orders are shipped in a high-quality corrugated box.

 

LOST & UNRETURNED FEES

All rental orders must be shipped back to Freddie Hatchet no later than 3 days following your event date. Any Products not marked shipped within 3 days of your event shall be deemed as needing a hire extension. A hire extension fee of fifty pounds (£50.00) per suit will be charged to the payment card used to pay the hire If you do not return the hired item(s) within fourteen (14) days from your event date your items will be considered unreturned and Freddie Hatchet will charge your payment card for the retail value of your items, retail value set on the website.

 

RETAIL RETURN POLICY

OVERVIEW

Our goal at Freddie Hatchet is for you to love what you buy from us, however we understand that in some circumstances you may need to return your items. The following policy applies to retail purchases (‘checked-out’) only. Retail products are those that are purchased as “Buy New” on our website.

RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with any item you purchase, you may return or exchange such item within thirty (30) days from the delivery date of your purchase. Any item you return to us must be unaltered and unworn and must include the packing slip and the original clothing tags still intact.

We will issue any refunds to the original form of payment.

 

Please note: As 'Made To Order' garments are made to customers specifications, we can only accept returns of such items if they are faulty.
